We want you to feel confident with your CHI pieces. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Worn or washed products

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
